Development Manager
Part-time to Full-time. Candidate must live in the Flathead Valley. Flexible hours.
As the Development Manager for our esteemed Cross Country Ski Club, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategies to foster the growth, sustainability, and success of our club. This position demands a dynamic individual with a passion for winter recreation, coupled with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive fundraising efforts, grants, sponsorships, donor engagement, and certain events. They will work closely with the Executive Director, Program Coordinator, Nordic Program Manager, and appropriate committees of the Board of Directors.

Coaches for 2026-2027 winter season
Part-time / Seasonal
Depending on age group, the average time commitment is 1-3 times a week for two hours. Prep and Jr Jets: Beginning of December – end of February. Teen Adventure and CHYSL: January – end of February. Pay per session, or Volunteer options available. Coach training in November/December. Must pass a background check and Safesport.

Groomers for 2026-2027 winter season
Part-time / Seasonal
Ideal season is mid-November to mid-March. HOURS VARY – based on snow conditions. Shifts are generally from 5:30-8:30 am. Evening grooming for certain scenarios. Must pass a background check and Safesport.
